We don’t just say it, we actually (thoroughly!) screen each of our applicants. After applying with us an applicant interviews with one of our exceptional recruiters, following up by providing three work-related references for immediate contact. Candidates are informed of and agree to our hiring standards before becoming NWS associates. Through our computer skills-testing provider we have the ability to thoroughly assess a wide variety of relevant skills, with access to hundreds of up-to-date tests. If required, the associate is run through a background check and given a drug screen prior to job placement.
